Equipment Delivery & Pickup

We will deliver and pick up the packed equipment.

You are in charge of setting up and packing the gear when your event is over.

You, or someone you trust, must be present to receive the equipment.

Setup, sound check

We will deliver, set up all equipment to your specifications and sound check every input. 

Two hours are included, and timed to overlap with the start of the show. 

Times are agreed upon when booking the equipment.

Live sound Engineering

-$40/h-

All of the above, plus we will stay for the duration of the event and actively monitor the system. $40/h from agreed start and end times of the event, with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Additional engineers charged at $30/h each.

If your event runs long, we will charge $40 for every 30 minutes over. (15 minute grace provided)

Times are agreed upon when booking the equipment.

 

*Round trip mileage fee of $1.50/mile incurred for distances greater than 5 miles from 07042. Distances are calculated using the shortest driving route provided by Google Maps.*
